Reaching the Schlossmuseum Arnstadt by rail:

After arriving at Erfurt Main Station by Inter-City Express, change onto the Regional Express (direction Würzburg Hbf) to Arnstadt Main Station.

When leaving the station building in Arnstadt, keep left in the direction of the town centre and you will soon reach Bahnhofsstrasse. Turn right here and proceed along Erfurter Strasse to the pedestrianised town centre. Follow the left-hand curve and continue along Ritterstrasse. After about 15 minutes you will reach Schlossmuseum Arnstadt.
