The multimedia theater shows a 12-minute film about Johann Sebastian Bach's first employment as an organist at the New Church in Arnstadt.
The current church music director Gottfried Preller plays Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor. Interior and exterior shots of the New Church, which bears the name of Johann Sebastian Bach since 1935, can be seen in the film, as well as numerous historical buildings and places of the city. Photographs of the doll collection "Mon Plaisir" give a little insight into the life in Arnstadt in the first half of the 18th Century.
